Let me ask you this, group leaders and coaches: When's the last time you asked *why* someone joined your group or cohort? They want warm referrals → Do you know how many: 1, 10, 100? They want unbiased feedback → Do you know which area: their executive team, sales, operations? Because mis-matched expectations, voiced or not, are what plant the seeds of churn.
