This event is for women heading into a review, promotion, or next-level conversation who are tired of decoding vague feedback like “be more strategic” or “work on executive presence.” We'll cover how to ask for the clarity you need in a way that's respectful, grounded, and actually leads to action. You'll leave knowing how to make sense of unclear feedback, ask sharper follow-up questions without sounding defensive, and show up as yourself—not someone else.
